Commander Piero Capo was the leader of the local Black Brigade in Italy. He collaborated with the Nazis, in order to save the artwork, that he treasured. However his true goal was to sell the art work on the black market, the monastery he was stationed had almost been completely stripped. The actions he committed, had caused the Italian mafia to send the SOE sniper Karl Fairburne to eliminate him, while he was at the Monastère d'Abrunza.

- The game has a challenge for the player to kill Capo, in the church part of the monastery.
- He is only Italian Officer in game to lack aiguillette. Other officers wear red aiguillette, while he, as brigade commander (Comandante di Brigata, Black Brigades counterpart of Colonel / Brigadier) should wear golden aiguillette.
