Heavy Armor Zombies now known as Armoured Giants are one of the enemies in Zombie Army Trilogy and Zombie Army 4: Dead War, they are tall slow moving enemies who can deal massive amounts of melee damage compared to standard zombies. They are covered almost entirely in thick durable armor.

They were created by a resurrected Adolf Hitler to strengthen his horde and launch a global invasion of the dead across the world. They were originally constructed in the factory site at the final level of Zombie Army Trilogy, but were recreated and mass-produced in the depths of Hell in Zombie Army 4, which they are now called Armored Giants.

Zombie Army Trilogy[]

Armoredzombiehorde

Heavy Armour Zombies appear in the missions The Keep and Army of Darkness

Heavy Armour Zombies have two kinds of headgear, one that has holes for the eyes allowing a headshot and one that completely covers the face (making it unknown if if they can see where they are going). after all their armour is removed it shows that have burnt orange skin.

The best way to deal with Armored Elites is to use heavy explosives to try and strip them from their armor plates. However it is best to simply keep distance, as they have no method of ranged attack and must rely on melee. They creak when they move so it's relatively easy to keep track of them even when they are not in visual range. They are usually accompanied by a horde of standard zombies, taking care of the horde first is advisable.

Armored Giant[]

Armored Giants first appear in the mission Meat Locker and then onwards, they have a redesign with variants of their armour with three different helmets and body parts or bones tied to them. underneath their helmet their heads have ropes tied to their face

Giants will walk slowly forward usually supported by other zombies, they can also be staggered by shooting them or more easily killed with a take down. explosives are best as they simply walk through fire or electricity without being stunned. Takedowns can be an easy way to defeat them without taking of their armor.

Electrified Giant[]

In Blood Count a variant of the armored giant appears to be reanimated with electricity. Though it wears less armor than the normal ones, its more stronger and durable than a normal armored giant. It also appears in some other DLC missions.
